Overview

Umrah is a spiritual pilgrimage which is performed by muslims to rejuvenate their faith in Almighty in addition to wash off their past sins. While performing umrah a pilgrim has to perform certain rituals one of those is to wear ihram. Ihram is an unstiched garment which is divided into two parts , one part is used to cover the upper half of the body and the other one is used to cover the lower half of the body. The primary function of wearing an Ihram is to exhibit the fact that every one is equal in the eyes of Almighty, no one is a king and no one is a pauper in the house of God. To get into the state of ihram a pilgrim has to perform ghusl, which means to take a bath and once the pilgrim gets into the state of ihram shaving clipping and cutting are prohibited for him. Irham is made from the same cloth from which kafan is made, it is to remind the believers that death is inevitable.

This package will allow the pilgrim to perform umrah in the span of 10 days without any haste or lacking rather the components of this package has been designed in such a way that a pilgrim will be able to perform umrah with complete ingenuity. The facilities and amenities of this package will enable the pilgrim to experience comfort and luxury with delight.

Payment Terms

  • INR 9,999/- is the booking amount
  • 50% amount to be paid prior to booking
  • Balance and rest of the amount to be paid after equipping customer with visa, insurance, hotel and transport
  • We accept payment only by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% Amount (paid prior to booking) + 9,999 ( booking amount ) are not refundable
  • Completely non-refundable packages. No claims will be entertained at the time cancellation
  • Date may differ due to airline rates
  • No refunds can be claimed if the person fails to acquire a clearance at immigration due to any government policy/rule or COVID guidelines

  • Vaccination certificate certifying that the person is fully vaccinated
  • Any variation in airfare or visa fee will have to be paid before departure
  • Room services not include this package- ( Room services in hotels absolutely depends on hotel)
  • Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package. We can process at the time of applying visa but we do not guarantee. Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.
  • Rates may vary during festive season ( Muharram, Ramadan, Eid and Eid-Milad-Un-Nabi etc)
  • 1 SAR= 22.80 INR but if any fluctuation is noticed in SAR then the amount has to be paid prior to departure
  • Hotel with similar or alike qualities and amenities will be provided in case the chosen hotel happens to be unavailable due to service factors
  • The distance from Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif till hotel may vary on different platforms ( we determine distance from the boundary of

  • Tour dates and tours programs are provisional and subject to change without any notification

  • Talbiya Umrah kit which contains one shoulder bag and one Umrah belt will be collected from our office.
  • Laundry service will be made available 2 time in Mecca and 2 time in Medina
  • Fixed timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals
  • Toiletries like towels, buckets and bathing mugs will not be provided in the hotels of Mecca and Medina
  • We will not be held accountable for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
  • Pilgrims requiring wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair
  • We will not be held accountable for any delay, rejection and/or any mistake in Umrah visa from KSA embassy and visa fees is non refundable
  • In the case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY, the involved person’s passport will be sent to the embassy which will be charged INR 2000/-. The process might take a considerable 3 to 4 working days. If the process is done through courier then charges may vary
  • In case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY while processing visa for umrah, we are not responsible for rejection or any delay from the embassy neither we are responsible for the delay or deferral of flight

Itinerary

Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:

DAY 1: The group will jet off to Jeddah . AC Deluxe buses will transport the group to Mecca hotel. After accessing the hotel and checking in the tour guide will take the group for Umrah

DAY 2: Set off for Haram Sharif

DAY 3: Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide

DAY 4: Visit Haram sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid Asha with assistance of tour guide but pilgrims have to manage their own transportation

DAY 5: Pack your bags as we going to Medina

DAY 6: Set off for Majid E Nawabi

DAY 7: Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide

DAY 8: Offer prayers at Masjid E Nawabi and/or explore Madinah as per your convenience

DAY 9: Set off for Majid E Nawabi

DAY 10: Pack your bags, reach the Airport and take your flight back to India.
