Original Cover letter with round stamp from the WORKPLACE Company addressed to:
The Head of Consular Section, Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai/Delhi
Original Degree certificate of the applicant.
Original Recommendation letter from any Chamber of commerce where the WORKPLACE Company is registered addressed to: The Head of Consular Section, Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia, Delhi/Mumbai.
"THE LETTER SHOULD BE ISSUED FROM ANY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN THE SAME CITY WHERE THE WORKPLACE COMPANY IS REGISTERED."

In the case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY, the involved person’s passport will be sent to KSA embassy which will be charged INR 2000/-. the process might take a time of 3 to 4 working days. If the procedure is done through courier then the charges may vary.
