Overview
Umrah, often refer to as the minor pilgrimage, is a voluntary journey to the holy city of Mecca. Linguistically umrah means a visit to a populated place but in the hearts of pilgrims it has a spiritual meaning and a course of starting a fresh. Umrah comprises of passing miqat while in the state of ihram , performing tawaf , doing sa’I of Safa and Marwa in addition to carrying out halq and taqsir.
The components of this package has been designed in such a way that they allow a pilgrims to book a flight of their choice from any city or state. This package does not include airfare to either of the country. Pilgrims are themselves responsible for their air travel. But once they land in Jeddah they can avail our services.

- Bona fide Passport that should be valid for another 6 months
- A bona fide passport size photograph with white background

Payment Terms
- INR 9,999/- is the booking amount
- 50% amount to be paid prior to booking
- Balance and rest of the amount to be paid after equipping customer with visa, insurance, hotel and transport
- We accept payment only by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash
Cancellation Policy
- 50% Amount (paid prior to booking) + 9,999 ( booking amount ) are not refundable
- Completely non-refundable packages. No claims will be entertained at the time cancellation
- Date may differ due to airline rates
- No refunds can be claimed if the person fails to acquire a clearance at immigration due to any government policy/rule or COVID guidelines

- Vaccination certificate certifying that the person is fully vaccinated
- Any variation in airfare or visa fee will have to be paid before departure
- Room services not include this package- ( Room services in hotels absolutely depends on hotel)
- Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package. We can process at the time of applying visa but we do not guarantee. Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.
- Rates may vary during festive season ( Muharram, Ramadan, Eid and Eid-Milad-Un-Nabi etc)
- 1 SAR= 22.80 INR but if any fluctuation is noticed in SAR then the amount has to be paid prior to departure
- Hotel with similar or alike qualities and amenities will be provided in case the chosen hotel happens to be unavailable due to service factors
- The distance from Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif till hotel may vary on different platforms ( we determine distance from the boundary of Haram sharif and Masjid E Nabawi till the hotel)
- Tour dates and tours programs are provisional and subject to change without any notification
- Tour operator\guide will not be held accountable for the loss of luggage
- Talbiya Umrah kit which comprises of one shoulder bag and one Umrah have to be collected from our office
- Laundry service will be made available 2 × in Mecca and 2 × in Medina
- Fixed timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals
- Toiletries like towels, buckets and bathing mugs will not be provided in the hotels of Mecca and Medina
- We will not be held accountable for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
- Pilgrims requiring wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair
- We will not be held accountable for any delay, rejection and/or any mistake in Umrah visa from KSA embassy and visa fees is non refundable
- In case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY while processing visa for umrah, we are not responsible for rejection or any delay from the embassy neither we are responsible for the delay or deferral of flight
- In the case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY, the involved person’s passport will be sent to the embassy which will be charged INR 2000/-. The process might take a considerable 3 to 4 working days. If the process is done through courier then charges may vary

Itinerary (Tentative)
Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:
DAY 1--- The group will jet off to Jeddah . Private car will transport to Mecca hotel. After accessing the hotel and checking in the tour guide will take the group for Umrah
DAY 2--- Set off for Haram Sharif
DAY 3--- Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide
DAY 4--- Offer prayers at Haram sharif
DAY 5--- Visit Haram sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid Asha with assistance of tour guide but pilgrims have to manage their own transportation
DAY 6--- Perform 3rd Umrah and visit Masjid Asha but pilgrims have to manage their own transportation
DAY 7--- Offer prayers at Haram Sharif and/or explore Jeddah as per your convenience
DAY 8--- Pack your bags as we going to Medina
DAY 9--- After accessing Medina & set to visit Masjid e Nawabi
DAY 10--- Set off for Majid E Nawabi
DAY 11--- Set off Masjid E Nawabi
DAY 12--- Offer prayers at Masjid E Nawabi and/or explore Madinah as per your convenience
DAY 13--- Offer prayers at Masjid E Nawabi
DAY 14--- Set off for Masjid E Nawabi
DAY 15--- Reach airport with your luggage to board the return flight to India
