Itinerary (Tentative)

DAY 1: The group will fly to Jeddah, where AC Deluxe buses will transport them to the Makkah Hotel. Once checked in, the tour guide will lead the group to Umrah.

10 June to 14 June: Relax at the hotel and visit the Holy Haram.

Hajj 2024 - Day One: June 14th (8th Zil Hajj) Commencement of Hajj at Mina Camp.

Hajj 2024 – Day 2: June 15th (9th Zil Hajj) After Fajr prayers, move to Arafat. Stay in Arafat and then continue to Muzdalfah after Maghrib.

Day 3 of the Hajj 2024: June 16th (10th Zil Hajj) Proceed to Mina to complete the remaining Hajj rites, which include Qurbani, Jamarat, and the first Ramee (stoning of the pillars), after Fajr.

Hajj 2024 – Day 4: June 17th (11th Zil Hajj) Continue in Mina for the second Ramee (stoning of the pillars) and perform Tawaf - E - Ziyarah.

Hajj 2024 - Day 5: June 18th (12th Zil Hajj) Stay in Mina for the third Ramee (stoning of the pillars). Following Asr, move to Makkah Hotel as directed by the Maullim.

From June 19th to June 23rd: Makkah: Relax at the hotel and visit the Holy Haram. Perform namaz and do Ibaadat, and seize the chance for Umrah then, embark on a pilgrimage to Mecca's sacred shrines.

24 June: backpack, Ready for a journey to Medina

25th June to 28 June: Madina: Rest at the hotel, visit Masjid a Nabawi, perform namaz do Ibaadat then embark on a ziyarat tour in Medina's shrines.

June 29th: Begin the journey home to India.

Payment Terms

  • 01 Term: ₹99,999 booking amount per person.
  • 02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
  • 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.

Cancellation Policy

  • The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
  • All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
  • If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
  • To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
  • Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
  • No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation or Ziyarats , if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

  • Room Check-in time is 04 PM and Check out time 12 PM Noon
  • Each room will accommodate 5 to 6 pilgrims

  • Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package: (Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah)
  • Laundry service will be provided after Hajj 2 time in Mecca and 2 time in Medina.
  • No laundry services available in Mina, Muzdalifa and Arafat
  • Hotel distance might vary on different platforms (we measure distance from boundaries of Haram Sharif and Masjid-e- Nabwi till hotel boundary)
  • Tour dates and programs are tentative and subject to change
  • Tour operator/guide is not responsible for the loss of luggage
  • Talbiya Hajj kit and passport to be picked from our office
  • Decided schedule to be followed for ziyarat and meals
  • Drinking water will be available in our mess pilgrims are free to fill their water bottles from there.
  • Toiletries like bucket, tumbler, towels will not be provided in any hotel

  • Pilgrims requiring wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair.
  • We will not be held accountable for any delay, rejection and/or any mistake in Hajj visa from KSA and visa fees non-refundable.
  • The Company's tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation that are construed in accordance with current Indian laws, with Delhi courts having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
